Selling a home can be stressful if you are not prepared or understand the process completely. My job is to make this process less difficult and hopefully and enjoyable experience for you.
When we meet, you will show me your house and tell me everything that you can share with me, from upgrades that have been made to the house, to repairs that are needed. I will listen to your wants and needs, I will update you on our present real estate market, what houses comparable to yours are selling for, to arrive at the correct price to market your house. I will give you an approximate net proceeds amount, and will explain the process of staging, showing, looking at offers, and finally the closing process.
During the time your home is listed for sale, you will continuarlly be updated about other houses that are selling, I will let you know when we have showing appointments, obtain feedback from buyers and other agents showing your home, and will present offers as soon as they are received. We will work together as a team for a successful Sale.
